Becoming a director in 2002, Vince started with Charlwoods as a graduate in 1987. After a stint working at two large suburban practices, he returned to Charlwoods with a wealth of experience gained. Vince specialises in SME Family Business, High Wealth Individuals, SMSFs, Tax Planning and Strategies, Income Tax, CGT, GST and business advisory.
Committed to developing a professional practice that focuses on helping clients succeed in business and life, Vince's philosophy is that "any accountant can provide technical information, but what sets Charlwoods apart is our ability to listen and communicate to clients in a way that makes sense."
Away from the office, Vince enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and when time allows, playing golf.

Specialising in SME Family Business, SMSFs, Tax Planning & Strategies, Income Tax, CGT, GST, business advisory, Andrew started with Charlwoods in 1997 as a part-time employee whilst studying at university. Harry, his father and former director of Charlwoods, encouraged him to gain some work experience and fill a gap in staffing requirements at the firm. Andrew then rose through the ranks to himself become a director in 2008.
Andrew prides himself on providing his clients with an inclusive three-fold approach: listening closely to their requests and concerns, understanding their business and following up with practical solutions.
Away from the office Andrew is kept busy with his young family. When time permits he enjoys playing golf and following his favourite AFL team, the Melbourne Demons.

Previously having worked for both large and small accounting practices, Phil has been practicing in Dandenong since 1992. A specialist in Manufacturing and Engineering, Property Development, SMSFs, Retail, Professionals, Earth moving and construction, Income Tax, CGT, GST, and business advisory, Phil joined Charlwoods in 2011 and adds enormous experience to our team.
Phil is an avid contributor to the community, even outside the accounting world, being a former treasurer of his local pre-school and now actively involved with his daughter's netball club.
Apart from 'counting numbers', Phil's passion is to count laps as he enjoys keeping fit, swimming a few times a week. Also a fan of the footy, Phil is a Richmond supporter and can talk about just about any sport with gusto!

Commencing with Charlwoods in 2010, Andrew specialises in Cash Flow Management, Superannuation Strategies, Wealth Accumulation, Retirement Income Planning, Personal Insurance, Estate Planning, and Centrelink Strategies.
After a successful career in general management, finance and taxation, Andrew was looking for a new challenge in his career and became a financial adviser in 2006 and prior to joining Charlwoods, he was previously an adviser with two boutique adviser firms, where he assisted a range of small business and executive clients.
Andrew worked with the firm whilst studying in the 1980s with his own family having been clients of Charlwoods since the late '60s. Testament to the natural talent and discerning clientele that Charlwoods Accountants continues to attract!
